French Braid Tutorial

Today, I am going to teach you guys how to French Braid :D

This hair tutorial is perfect for any length of hair, short hair, middle length hair and even long hair, except pixie cut hair (sorry).

French braid is so popular around the world!

And and if you like Bohemian Style, you must know how to french braid~

In this tutorial, I am going to show you how to french braid with short / bob hair, featuring my cousin Yeng Yeng hehe XD She has beautiful and smooth hair, I love it!

Are you ready for this tutorial?

Here we go~~~

1. Starting at the top part of your head, divide into 3 sections to begin your braid, just like the normal braid we usually do.

2. I had named each section of hair into A, B and C just for easy explaining :) Take C to the middle, so your arrangement of your hair for now will be A,C and B.

3. Take A to the middle, so now your arrangement will be C, A and B.

4. Take B to the middle, so your arrangement will be C, B and A. You must remember to take outer section of the hair to the middle to braid.

5. This is where the french braid begins. Take an extra section from the side.

6. Combine the extra section with your section B.

7. Take C to the middle crossing the B.

8. Take an extra section and combine with your section C.

9. In this point, you will have something like this.

10. Okay, I am going to explain one more time, take your section A to the middle, over the C.

11. Take an extra section and combine it with your section A.

12. Now your arrangement should look like this, B, A+ and C.

13. Repeat these steps until you reach below your ear, continue with a normal braid until you reach the end of your hair.

14. Secure your braid with your elastic band.

15. You will have something look like this. 

*For middle length hair and long hair, you may stop until this step as you wish. If you wish to hide your braid, continue with the following steps.

16. Hide your braid behind and below of your hair. Then secure it with a few bobby pins.

17. Take some hair from the back to cover your hiding.

18. For effortless, bohemian look, loosen the french braid and you may style / adjust your hair to the look you want.

Tadaa! 

You are finished!

Who say we can't style short hair as middle length and long hair does? Well of course it is quite limited LARH~ :D

Ain't this look pretty? I totally love this hair style when I still have my middle length hair :)
