Hello my angels ❤
It has been a long time I have not post any eye makeup tutorial. Yesterday I was just testing out recording a video tutorial and boy oh boy, the editing part took me like FOREVER to finish it. After I have done with everything, I post it out immediately without thinking much. Surprisingly, many of you guys were interested to watch my little quick video tutorial hahaha XD
I wanted to say thank you so much to everyone who watch my video. It was my first ever video tutorial and the first video which has the highest views among the other videos I've posted XP
So today, I am going to describe a bit more details about the tutorial.

[ Review ] Chanel Rouge Allure Ink
Hello my angels❤
In my previous post, I share about my Chanel birthday bag (you may click HERE if you missed it) and today, I am going to share another product of Chanel. But for this time, I'm going to review their Rouge Allure Ink.
In the Chanel official website, it stated this lip product is a matte liquid lip color. An intense and luminous ink. With it's fine and dense pigment, it instantly and weightlessly fuses with the lips for a long-lasting result.
Is the Chanel Rouge Allure Ink what it claims to be? Let's find out :D

[ Review ] Maybelline Super Cushion Ultra Cover Cushion
Hello my angels ❤
We all know that the cushion foundation is super popular since K-beauty hit the world by storm. And after so many years, it shows no signs of stopping. Maybelline had joined the bandwagon and launched their first super BB cushion fresh matte (I believe it is) last year. This year, they'd launched the brand new cushion foundation called Super Cushion Ultra Cover Cushion.
Judging from the name, this cushion foundation has high coverage. But does it lives up to its name? We shall see...

[ Review ] Dior Addict Lip Tattoo Long-Wear Colored Tint
Hello my beautiful friends ❤
When I got back from Beijing last December, I cannot wait to play with my new lipstick addition from Dior. It's their new released Dior Addict Lip Tattoo Long-Wear Colored Tint! Although it has released many moons ago, I cannot find it anywhere in Malaysia yet (please correct me if I'm wrong).
Lip tattoo or lip tints are so popular in Asia and many of them are Korean brands but not so much in the Western brand. Seems like nowadays a lot of the Western brands are starting to producing their own version of lip tints, such as Lancome matte shakers etc. I have played Dior lip tattoo for a while now and here are my thoughts on it.

My Updated Eyebrow Routine 2015
Hello gorgeous and HAPPY NEW YEAR ♥ !!!
Wishing you all have a New Year that fill with new HOPE, new JOY and new BEGINNING!
I am so sorry that I did not post that much last month as I didn't feel so motivated lately. The past month I was feeling very emo and many thoughts running through my head and...I'm just...not feeling OK with almost everything. But don't worry, I am feeling great now :)
Now I am trying to get back on track and I thought why not start my first post for 2015 with much much requested by many of you, my eyebrows :D
Yes, I read all your comments about my eyebrows and thank you so much for the lovely compliment ♥
My cousin told me that, my eyebrows had become my signature look hahaha!
Anyway, I have posted my eyebrow routine before, but it was so long time ago, like 2013. And I think it is time to do an updated one because there is a little bit of changes going on on my current eyebrow routine.
If you are interested on how I did my eyebrows, please keep on scrolling :)
1. First, with a spoolie brush, I comb / brush my eyebrow hair into place. This is to make sure that they are groom and they are at the direction that I want them to be.
2. With my eyebrow pencil, I draw a line (as shown on no.2)(I used a white color pencil to draw the line at the left hand side of picture no.2 so that you can see much clearer where I draw) at the tail of my eyebrow.
3. Next, I draw a line at the base of my eyebrow connecting the tail of my brow.
4. Moving on, I try to imagine a horizontal straight line at the top of my eyebrow starting from the arch of my eyebrow to the beginning of my brow.
5. Then I am going to fill in my brow with my eyebrow pencil.
6. Next I apply eyebrow mascara (I chose a similar color one as my hair color). This not only will match my hair color but look more polished and put together.
7. After that I will look at the mirror and see which part of my eyebrow need to touch-up (spars looking). Well, for me, mostly at the beginning of my brow has very little hair if you notice it :(
8. Lastly with an angle brush, I am picking up some eyebrow powder and apply it on the area that I wanted only, with stamping motion.
And that's how I did my eyebrow :D
Here's a before and after.

I hope you all find this helpful and maybe learn something new today♥

1. First, I am going to apply Nyx jumbo eye pencil in milk on my eyelid as a base.
2. Then, I am going to blend it out with my ring finger.
3. Taking a fluffy blending brush, apply "Buck" from Urban Decay Naked palette on the crease to act as a transition color.
4. With another clean blending brush, blend out the eyeshadow so no harsh line can be seen.
5. Next, taking the color "Mugshot" from Urban Decay Naked 3 palette and apply it at the outer corner of the eyelid with a flat shader brush.
6. With the same brush, take what is left on the brush and sweep it inwards on the crease area.
7. Next, spray some MAC's fix+ on the clean shading brush just to dampen it.
8. With the damp shading brush, apply "Trick" from Urban Decay Naked 3 palette on the 2/3 of your eyelid.
9. For more glam look, apply a highlighter from Makeup Revolution's I ❤ Makeup Goddess of Love on top of the previous eyeshadow.
10. Moving on, apply "Mugshot" on the lower eyelid.
11. Then, with a brown gel liner, draw a wing and connect it to the lower lash line, just a bit.
12. Next, using a short shader brush, smudge out the liner with "Blackheart" from Urban Decay Naked 3 palette.
13. Using the same highlighter from Makeup Revolution's I ❤ Makeup Goddess of Love, apply it at the inner corner of the eye to make your eyes pop.
14. With a white color eye pencil, apply it on your waterline. This will make your eyes look bigger *wink*
15. Curl your eyelashes and apply your favorite mascara at the top and bottom eyelash.
16. You can apply fake eyelashes to amp up your eyelashes. In my case, I like to apply individual fake eyelashes for more natural look.
And you are finish with the eye look :D

[ Review ] Sleek Makeup Vintage Romance Palette
Hello gorgeous♥
As seen on the title, today I am going to review the Sleek Makeup Vintage Romance palette. By the way, this is my first Sleek palette ever (and I am really excited). If you don't already know, Sleek Makeup is a UK brand and I found out this brand about 1-2 years ago from StyleSuzi (She's really pretty). But I never purchase anything from Sleek Makeup until now XP
Anyway, shall we start with the review? hehe...
❤ Packaging ❤
The first thing that surprised me when I open up my package was the size of the palette. It was slightly bigger than the palm of my hand, which is very practical for travel or for just carrying around in your makeup bag.
The palette is made from sturdy black plastic, I like the simplicity of this packaging.
The palette comes with a snap closure.
It also includes a large, functional mirror and a double-ended sponge-tip applicator, which I don't really use.
❤ Texture ❤
The texture of this eyeshadow palette is surprisingly soft like butter despite the really affordable price. But, there are few shades that have slightly drier feel. They blend beautifully and there is no fallout!
❤ Color ❤
It has excellent pigmentation, and believe me when I say excellent. I was shocked when I swatch them and when I apply the eyeshadow on my eyelid, I have to be like, extra careful. Not because of the fallout or what's not, it is really, reeeeeaaaaaaally pigmented and I have to apply it with light hand. And that is a good thing :) The palette features a mixture of cool and warm toned shades ranging from neutrals to purples to burgundies, really pretty and I absolutely love it♥
Pretty In Paris
A bright, frosty light silver color with a metallic finish.
Meet In Madrid
A gold color with yellow undertone with frosted finish.
Court In Cannes
A medium, warm-toned brown with golden sheen and frosted finish.
Lust In LA
A chocolate brown with warm undertone and there is a golden sheen on it too. It has frosted finish.
Romance In Rome
Cool-toned, medium dark purple with a slight frosted finish. This has a drier texture, so the pigmentation wasn't as good as the others but still has decent color payoff.
Propose In Prague
A medium, warm brown with reddish-orange undertone. This has a matte finish and it's great for transition color.
A Vow In Venice
A medium dark berry with warm-undertones. It has a slightly frosted finish, a very soft frost.
Marry In Monte Carlo
A bright-medium berry with orange undertone. It has a frosted finish.
Honeymoon In Hollywood
A rich, deep berry-wine color with a satin finish and tiny bits of silver sparkle. It has extremely good pigmentation and this is my favorite one ♥
Bliss In Barcelona
A medium-dark, cool-toned purple with frosted finish. This is another shade that has decent color payoff, not as pigmented as the others but wasn't difficult to work with.
Forever In Florence
A deep burgundy with red undertone and it has matte finish.
Love In London
A medium black with a almost-matte finish.
Beautiful eyeshadow palette and all I can say that the value for money in 10 incredibly gorgeous, pigmented and blendable eyeshadows are terrific! Although there are 2 shades which were not as great as the others, but I still find it's a great deal. This brand has really impressed me so far and obviously this is my first, but not my last Sleek palette. Definitely going to be getting more from them in the future *wink*
Sleek Makeup Vintage Romance Palette
Price: $11.99
Overall: 9/10
Pros: Excellent pigmentation
Easy to work with
Lovely mixture of cool and warm-toned shades from light to dark
Size of the palette is very practical for traveling
Bargain price
Cons: Have to get it online
Have you ever tried any Sleek Makeup eyeshadow palette? Which one is your favorite one?
Oh! And I will have a makeup tutorial using this eyeshadow palette coming up soon! Stay tune :D

6 Things Every Makeup Artist Wishes You Knew
Hello gorgeous♥
Working as a makeup artist is fun and also a creative job. But there are few things that clients do that kinda get under some (or should I say, most) makeup artists nerves. Let's see what important 6 things that we (makeup artist) wish you all knew.
1. Do my makeup for free
As much as we would want to do your makeup for free, we can't, even friends. Believe it or not, we would like to do your makeup for free. Why? Because we love doing what we do and that is why we pursued this career. Then why can't we do it for free? We've invested a lot of money. We BUY our makeup (they are not cheap, honey)(we don't buy like few only, we buy TONS of makeup like all shades of eyeshadows, foundations, blushers, lipsticks etc) and we PAY makeup academy to learn professional makeup and get certified. We don't get them all for free.
2. I know "someone else" can do it much cheaper
Yes, we all know "someone else" do makeup service with much cheaper price. If you are happy enough to take risk with cheap "someone else", then go for it. Just keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Just please, don't use it as a cheap bargaining ploy when you are talking to a professional.
3. I don't like how "she/he" did my makeup
I learned this when I was working in bridal studio and another one when I work for a client who's attending a special event, clients told me she hated how "she" (another makeup artist) did her makeup. After I finished their makeup, I thought to myself, if this situation ever happened to me, I wish my client would tell me honestly if there is anything want to change about the application, just kindly say so. You can say something like, "Do you think you can make my eyeliner a bit thicker?" Don't be afraid to tell or ask.
4. I want discount, more discount!
Discount is okay. But please keep in mind that there is always a limit. More discount? Please refer back to no.1
5. Make my skin silky smooth
We can cover your redness, but there is nothing we can do about skin texture or dullness of your skin (except you already have perfect skin). It really bums me out that a number of clients who ask if I can cover up their puffiness or unhappy with their application cause they still can see the texture of their raised blemishes underneath their foundation. If there was only one thing you must know about makeup, it would be this one. We are not magician, we can't miraculously snap our fingers and change the texture of your skin. Think about painting a wall. Painting a wall doesn't change/remove the texture, right? But don't worry, you still look beautiful despite a little breakout or puffiness.
6. Let me check my messages
I believe all makeup artists find it soooo frustrating when trying to do a precise eye makeup application, especially eyeliner when client picks up her phone and start texting away. Please, just stay off your phone. You can do that after the eye makeup application is done. In fact, it is best to have a little quite time while makeup artist is doing anything around eyes and mouth. We would really appreciate it :)

7. "You look short, are you sure you are a professional makeup artist" Eye-look (scanning you from head to toe)
Okay, this might not all makeup artist. But as for me, I often get this ALL-THE-TIME, like 98% as I am really short *sad* Come on people, a person's knowledge does not imply on their height.
So, have you find out anything you do might make you one of "those" client? Haha!
I hope you enjoy reading this post and have a great day!

Monthly Favorites for Sept & Oct 2014
Hello gorgeous♥
I hope you all are doing well :)
So this post is my September and October favorites. I have products that I newly discovered and I've been loving them in these 2 whole months. I haven't done any monthly favorites post since August from last year (oops!) that is because when I found something I really like, I tend to stick with them for a very long time.
Anyway, let's get started!
Sleek Makeup Vintage Romance eyeshadow palette review will be coming up soon!
Check out my Sleek Makeup Vintage Romance eyeshadow palette review HERE :D
I am not really a lip gloss fan cause my lips get allergy from all the fragrance and this 3CE Lip Glass, does not! That is why I am loving it♥ I have done a review for it, if you are interested, you can check it out over HERE.
I do find myself using a lot of red lipstick lately, especially Revlon's Love That Red. I like to wear it like the just-bitten-lips effect so that I won't scare people off cause, in my hometown, people like super light and natural makeup only (too bad). And with the just-bitten-lips effect, it kinda gives me that Korean feel -ish LOL! I even done a review for it, you can check it out over HERE if you are interested :P
Next is Dr. Jart+ Nourishing Black Label BB Cream. If you know me, I have really sensitive and dry skin, that is why I am really picky when it comes to base/face products. I have done some research online about this BB cream before and majority says that this BB cream suitable for winter time because of it's thick consistency and will keep your face moisturize all day. So I give it a try and I fell in love with it! It didn't break me out and most importantly, it IS very moisturizing on my face and I don't see my dry patches. Remember my Hong Kong trip on September? I used this BB cream everyday and my skin feels moisturized the whole day! I always have dry skin when I travel, don't know why, maybe it's because of the different weather? You can go check out more details in my review over HERE :)
Moving on is my Holy Grail mascara! I am LOVING this mascara♥ It lengthens my lashes and a bit of volume. It makes my lashes looks really pretty, it's like wearing a natural false eyelashes haha!
The brush head is a comb type and you can see they have a lot of fibers in it. I know there are many lengthening mascaras out there that offer a lot of fibers too but they don't really stick well on my lashes and lots of fall outs! But not this one, this one sticks perfectly on my lashes :)
And their packaging are absolutely gorgeous and details! I really recommend this one and girls, you have to try this one out! You can easily find this in your local Watson store or Sasa *wink*
Moving on is Etude House Bling Bling Eyeshadow stick in Gold. I remember the first one I bought was when I travel to Taiwan and it's in light pink color. I swatch once in store and I didn't really look at other colors cause I was in a rush. When I got back home and try it out, I was sooooo regret that I didn't bought the other shades! It was soooo pretty and easy to use, plus, it's super cheap! So when I travel to Hong Kong, I bought myself a gold color one. The other colors didn't really caught my attention :(
If you are running late for work or date, give this a try. All you need to do is just apply it on the eyelid, use your ring finger to blend it out, no harsh line please, and you are done with eyeshadow! Easy and fast! I'm not sure if Malaysia's Etude House carries these eyeshadow sticks or not, but you can check it out :)
Cyber Color Quick Dry top coat nail polish, Etude House peel off base coat nail polish and Etude House clear top coat nail polish have become my favorite nail polish trio combo lately. I use the Etude House peel off base coat first, then I apply any color nail polish I like, then I top it off with my Etude House clear top coat. To make my nail polish dry faster, I layer my Cyber Color quick dry top coat. I usually don't polish my nails in the night time cause it takes a very long time dry and I feel like wasting my time to wait the nail polish to dry. With the Cyber Color quick dry top coat, I don't have to worry about the drying time anymore! It definitely dries up my nail polish faster and I wish I discover this earlier. The Etude House peel off base coat, OMG, have you ever try to remove glitter nail polish? It takes me like, FOREVER to remove glitter nail polish! I always like glittery nails but I hate the removing process. Thank God I discover this peel off base coat, it save me lots of time from removing them. All you need to do is just scrap the edge of the nail polish and it will comes off nicely! No nail remover needed! AWESOME!!!
Last but not least, 3CE PINK EDITION Lip Color in 408 Chu Chu. This is a really pretty lipstick color, and I mean reeeeaaaaaaally pretty XD
I use it when I'm not feeling the red lip mood and I apply it with the just-bitten-lip effect, it's soooo pretty and much more girly look. I also done a review for this, you can check out the swatches over HERE.
That's all for my September and October's favorites! I hope you all enjoy it and tell me in the comment box down below or my Facebook/Twitter/Instagram, what's your favorites of the month?
I'll see you in my next post and Happy November :D

I use it in my inner tear duct to brighten my eyes or on my eyelid as a eyeshadow base or just a wash of (pretty) color by blending them. Not to mention these eyeshadow sticks stay put on my eyes really well *thumbs up*
