We all knew and love about cushion foundation, but have you heard of cushion perfume? I do hear of it before but never seen one personally. Demeter Fragrance Library NY carries cushion perfume and recently, my local Watson does offer the brand.

So, here is a little bit about Demeter's beginning. The company was conceived in 1996, with a unique and ever-expanding perspective on fragrance. Their original mission was to capture the beautiful smells of the garden and nature in wearable form. The Demeter name itself was inspired by the Greek Goddess of Agriculture. The first three fragrance they ever produced were Dirt, Grass, and Tomato, and were sold in a few stores in NYC. A very interesting choice for debuting their first ever fragrance right hahaha!
But, the one that really caught my attention is their cushion perfume line.
For those who like to smell great all day but doesn't like to keep the bulky size of the perfume, cushion perfume is a great alternative!
I used to carry a small little perfume container that I bought from Sephora just to carry around my favorite perfume and spritz it whenever I want to. But the down side is, the container always spills my perfume all over my bag Ugh! Now, with Demeter cushion perfume, I don't have to worry about getting my perfume spilled all over my favorite bag because cushion perfume does not spill! Yasss!
Among the 6 scents, I chose No.3 Sweet Baby. The packaging is very simple, comes with a pink box and at the middle part, there's a see through section which allows you to see the actual product.
The back of the box is filled with the Korean language, which sadly I don't understand any of it. Thank god there's a little white sticker with the ingredients list and expiry date.

The cushion perfume weights at 2.5g
The packaging of the cushion perfume is very straight to the point and similar to the regular cushion foundation. The dimension of it is roughly 4.9cm diameter and 1.7cm width. It's like a mini size of the cushion foundation, easy to carry around in my bag.
One thing that the Demeter cushion perfume is different from the regular cushion foundation, they don't have a mirror as the cushion foundation. That doesn't bother me at all as cushion perfume doesn't require a mirror for application. Just like the cushion foundation, Demeter cushion perfume comes with a tiny little puff. The type of puff is actually quite similar to the cushion foundation.
There is a snap closure as the regular cushion foundation to keep the product from getting dry and keeping it fresh.
The product has a gel-like consistency to it. Gently dab the cushion with the puff, and dab lightly on anywhere you like. I like the fact that the product doesn't feel sticky on my skin and has a slight cooling effect. The scent I chose has a citrus and sweet fruity scent of peach, strawberry, apple, banana, etc. I can smell it all day long haha!
I like to apply the cushion perfume at the back of my ear or neck, just like how I normally spray my perfume.
A little tip for you, perfume is activated by body heat. Pulse points located on the wrist is warm because of close the blood pumps near the skin's surface, therefore making an ideal area to apply perfume.
