Christmas is just around the corner YAY! I was thinking to make a Christmas make up tutorial for you all but unfortunately, I got sick sob :'(

I might be late for making the Christmas make up tutorial or perhaps I can find some time on tomorrow afternoon to make it (fingers cross), I wanna show you my Christmas nails forthis year^^


Ta-dah!!!

Pretty yes? Haha!
I use white nail polish to make the halfmoon and red nail polish for 1 finger only as a pop ofcolor :) Then I use gold nail polish to line the halfmoon. Some glitters to make itsome what like polka dots. Lastly, I stick some green, red, gold and clear rhinestones in the middle to bring out more Christmas-y feel to it^^

My first DSLR camera!

I wanted to learn how to take a good, or should I say a better quality pictures for quite a long time. I get no chance to learn them cause daddy thought I just learn for few days and give up. But don't know what gets into daddy, he is getting very interested with photography since last month. Few days ago, he bought me a DSLR camera!!! *Oh my God, excited to the MAX* 

It's a Canon EOS 600D^^




Initially I have no idea how to use it. After reading the manual, some google search and some advice from friends, slowly starting to understand how to use it. It's so different than my usual Canon IXUS, so for me, there are so many to learn. Need to digest slowly hehe~

A friend of my daddy ask me, what kind of picture I'm looking for. This question keep running through my head and suddenly, Bokeh pops out! I'm learning how to take Bokeh effect picture this 2 days. I had done some research and I find that it's not really that simple to achieve the effect.

I had tried to take Bokeh picture for whole night (last night) and finally success. But sure the quality not as good as the others (pro ones).

First try in my house.

Second try on the way back to home, Mile 4 traffic lights and car lights.

Last try in my house, dining table candle holder.



I am quite impress at myself that I actually can take picture like those HAHA!
Need to improve more...

So I use 50mm lens, f/1.8 and I switch the Auto Focus to Manual Focus. Much more easier for me to focus an object/subject that I want.



Will take more pictures in the future :)

NOTD-Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree...

Alpine Snow from OPI, Keys To My Karma(RED) from OPI, P04 Light Green from Eclipse, 23 Yellow from Elianto, Emerald Green from Ianti@Sandakan, BL505 (GREEN) from SkinFood, Glitter from Naga Nail.

Christmas just around the corner so I had polished my nails with the theme of Christmas Tree.

For the base, I had used the Emerald Green by GlossyBlossom at Ianti@Sandakan with a light amount of Glitter nail varnish from Naga Nail at the end of the nail and with the ring-finger I had used Alpine Snow from OPI.
For the Christmas tree on the ring-finger, I had used 23 Yellow from Elianto for the star. As for the Christmas tree, Keys To My Karma(RED) from OPI, P04 Light Green from Eclipse, BL505 (GREEN) from SkinFood, and Emerald Green from Ianti@Sandakan.

NOTD-Blue blue Christmas

My very first 2011 Christmas nail.

Base: Dark Blue with fine glitters from Elianto 15 Indigo Shine
Top: Chunk of glitters? Haha! from Naga Nail

NOTD : Snow Glitter ( November 21st )

This nail art inspired by the winter season. I love snow and glitters. So I come up with something as below. I used SkinFood nail varnish in fine glittery pearl white with Ianti nail varnish in silver glitter to make a 2-tone french nail. After that I placed some random Swarovski Crystals on my ring finger just to give the whole look a pop=]

My Art Work: Tree of Hope

Have my Winsor and Newton, Cotman Water Color since 2008 and still using it good. I wanted to paint this for a few months to be honest. But many things keeping me busy. It is not the most wonderful piece of art in the universe but, it is something from me =]
